Bringing Yoga To the Office in Person and/or Online
Increase productivity and company morale with yoga classes at work. Sitting for long periods at a time can cause pain and discomfort in the body. Yoga can help ease this tension with simple stretches and strengthening exercises to encourage proper posture throughout the day. There are a variety of options to choose, from one 45 minute class a week to lunchtime classes every day, whatever is best for your company. I'll cater the classes around what the company needs. From a fast pace Vinyasa, to get the heart rate up, to a gentle chair yoga, to learn stretches to do at a desk, there's an option for everyone. Email me for prices and scheduling.
