Park Yoga

Saturdays 11 - 12pm 

 Located within Greenwich Park

Flow underneath the sun, surrounded by nature. Be guided through all of your senses as you move, appreciating Mother Earth. Each class will be different and catered to you! Come to class with postures you'd like to work on, or areas you'd like to stretch, open up and/or strengthen. You can also come and say that you want to "relax" or "energize." These classes tend to be smaller so I can cater them to you! £7 per class.


Directions: Enter through the main entrance off of the Heath. Walk/drive straight. If you have a car park in the parking area and the yoga will be in the field between the flower garden and The Pavilion Cafe. Look for the HUGE tree! You can't miss it! 


Mindful Flow by the Thames

Practice yoga with me at Thames Side Studios with the gorgeous view of the Thames. In this Vinyasa style class, we'll flow from posture to posture using the breath as the impulse for movement. The goal of this class is to free your mind and body of unneeded tensions. You'll walk out feeling rejuvenated with a newfound appreciation and understanding of yourself. Open to beginner and expert yogis alike!

Instructions to the Educational Space: 

Turn right as you enter the site and follow along the river wall around to the left.

The Education Space is located on the first floor of Unit 2 overlooking the river.

Free parking is available and bikes racks are located throughout the site.

Beginner's Yoga Course at Calm Collective Yoga

4 Weeks of Yoga Fundamentals

Perfect for those with little or no experience and for regular students wishing to rebuild the foundations of their practice…there’s always something new to learn! In this course you will be supported every step of the way as you learn more about how your body moves and how to work with certain conditions as well as developing a deeper connection to your mind, body and spirit.
