Step inside a world of radiant color and light for this 50-minute grounding flow, designed to help you quiet the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your breath. Guided by Emma’s soothing voice, you will move through a series of gentle movements designed to release tension, clear your mind, and ease into a state of total presence within the immersive glow of the installation. This inclusive practice is specifically designed for all bodies and experience levels, making it the perfect sanctuary for first-time yogis and seasoned practitioners alike. You’ll leave the mat feeling mentally centered, physically refreshed, and deeply grounded.

An extended Yin Yoga practice to embrace the changing seasons. As the seasons shift, it is a great time to work on grounding the body to brace the change happening all around. Yin Yoga is a wonderful way to ground the body and find equilibrium. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga for all bodies that involves long holds in various seated and reclined poses to access deeper layers of fascia and to quiet the mind.
There are three elements of Yin Yoga: find your edge where you can feel sensation but without straining; remain still; and allow yourself to stay for time—three to ten minutes depending on the posture. It’s a simple practice with profound therapeutic benefits for longevity, vitality, flexibility, and more.
The session will conclude with an option essential oil temple massage.
