Join me for a gentle yoga flow accompanied by a live musician every month! Indulge in the relaxing music in this 75 min long full body and soul experience. 🌟Bella is an actor, flute player and music producer based in London. She plays funky, chill, soul type instrumentals and more recently has been playing for reggae artists and trap and drill rappers! You can expect some relaxed jazz flute amongst some upbeat bops to guide you through your yoga flow🌟

Practice yoga with me at Thames Side Studios with the gorgeous view of the Thames. In this Vinyasa style class, we'll flow from posture to posture using the breath as the impulse for movement. The goal of this class is to free your mind and body of unneeded tensions. You'll walk out feeling rejuvenated with a newfound appreciation and understanding of yourself. Open to beginner and expert yogis alike!
Instructions to the Educational Space:
Turn right as you enter the site and follow along the river wall around to the left.
The Education Space is located on the first floor of Unit 2 overlooking the river.
Free parking is available and bikes racks are located throughout the site.

Beginner's Yoga Course at Calm Collective Yoga

Perfect for those with little or no experience and for regular students wishing to rebuild the foundations of their practice…there’s always something new to learn! In this course you will be supported every step of the way as you learn more about how your body moves and how to work with certain conditions as well as developing a deeper connection to your mind, body and spirit.

Beginners and renown yogis alike, challenge your bodies, grow your confidence, and open your mind. We work together to create a practice that works for you. Come October, I will begin to teach a class catered to beginner's and those who want to go deeper into their yoga practice. We will explore the basic postures you'd see in most classes and how find versions of the postures that feel comfortable for you and your body, delve into yoga philosophy and see how yoga can become a part of your daily life. We will learn pranayama (breathing) techniques to bring calm into your life and discover new ways of meditating through movement as well as stillness. If you and/or anyone you know would be interested in this class let me know! This class will be great for anyone completely new to yoga, those with injuries, those wanting a yoga refresher and those wanting to deeper their practice beyond the asanas (postures). So keep your eyes peeled because I'll be announcing more details about this class in the near future. Feel free to reach out and ask any questions you may have about the class.
