I am a 200 hr certified yoga instructor with over 6 years of experience teaching in New York, Houston, and London. My goal as a teacher is to guide and inspire students to listen to their body and their breath, be curious about its ever-changing nature and be open to all of the amazing things the body can do. Specializing in beginners, I give prompts with clarity and encouragement, inspiring my students to take risks with the safety of proper alignment. From a fast paced Vinyasa Flow to a gentle Restorative class, my soothing voice will quiet your mind, allowing you to be completely present. Whether you’re a first time yogi or a daily practitioner I will bring you deeper into the postures with a greater understanding of your mind-body connection. Coming from a very theatrical background, music is extremely important to me, every class I curate a new playlist full of songs that make you want to get up and move. Be prepared to laugh, sweat, shake and feel stronger than ever before.

I could not more highly recommend Emma for Private 1-2-1 sessions. I have been working with Emma on a 1-2-1 basis for over 6 months now. Emma is clearly knowledgeable and experienced, more than this Emma is great at observing you and your body helping get the most out of the session allowing for your personal growth. I am always amazed that Emma seems to know my body more than me, showing me I can do more than I thought possible. This is a testament to her understanding of the human body. I also really love Emma's kind, fun spirit, gentle nature, and enthusiasm for what she does and how you progress.
